Organisation
The society constitutes a General Assembly, a supreme governing body composed of all members. The General Assembly elects an Executive Committee, which is headed by a President.
The Executive Committee is responsible for the management, strategic planning and implementation of the aims of the EFR. The work of the Executive Committee is co-ordinated by the President, who is assisted in his work by a Vice-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The President of the Executive Committee can appoint specific people to be entrusted with certain defined tasks – a working party.
The society is composed of Regular Members, Residents, Associate Members, Supporting Members, Health Staff and Patients/Relatives, who shall devote their research and experience according to the principles of the Society.
